I support the development of small-footprint homes over second home and AirBnB developments and advocate for sustainable building practices. It is not enough to just build housing units; they must be built within neighborhoods that support vibrant community life. We must create housing for the people who work here.

Why Me? Standing Up For Flagstaff
There are many things, like AirBnB regulations, that are dictated by State legislation. I will be an advocate for Flagstaff with the elected officials who can change these regulations. Too often, the current Council accepts things without challenging them.
