Advocate. Public Servant.
For 25 years, I worked in local and regional government. I understand how government works and how to make it more efficient.
As a volunteer member of the Flagstaff Planning and Zoning Commission, I have been involved with the development of the Flagstaff Regional Plan 2045.
This plan will be the blueprint by which Flagstaff grows and provides affordable housing for the people who live and work in our city.
I was born in Phoenix and saw firsthand what happens if you lose the character of your community in the name of growth and progress. We can find a way to bring new businesses to Flagstaff and provide opportunities for home ownership so that people don’t have to move out of town.
Having served as a volunteer on the Townsite Community Land Trust Board, I am committed to historic preservation. Part of the reason Flagstaff is so special is because of our historic buildings and the stories which underpin our community. Once a building is demolished, it is lost forever.
My other interests include my family, traveling, gardening and visiting thrift stores.
